What is your minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order. You can order 1 to 1000 pieces.

Can you duplicate a trademark or copyright logo?
Only if you are the original Copyright or trademark holder of that logo. We do require written proof that that you have permission to use that logo or trademark. We will NOT decorate any of our apparel products with licensed college or professional team sports logos such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, etc. These require special licensing agreements with the colleges and sports leagues.

Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes, We can take any phone order. Payment can be made over the phone via Credit Card.

Can I order a sample?
Yes, you can order a sample. There are no extra fees for doing this. We have a large variety of Samples in our showroom for you to see, but custom samples may be ordered.

May I embroider on garments I supply?
Yes, EmbroidMe will do embroidery on garments which you provide.

What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What is Digitizing?
Digitizing is a process of converting any graphic art to an embroidery format, so that computerized embroidery machines read and replicate it with a series of appropriately colored stitches. All electronic files (which is digitizing) remain proprietary to EmbroidMe and are not the property of the client.

I do not have a logo, can you provide a stock design instead of just lettering?
Yes, we have over 20,000 designs in stock. You can email us with the type of design you are looking for. We have sports logos, school mascots, animals including a large selection of horses, wildlife, nautical, southwest designs, dogs and cats, religious themes, holidays including many Christmas logos, music, flowers, and food. Just tell us the type of business you are in or tell us what type of logo you are looking for and we will email you some pictures of what we have.

What are your standard embroidery locations and size?
Adult garments - 3" - 3.5" square is our standard pocket area embroidery size. Hats are sized at 4"w x 2"h. The minimum size for letters is 0.30" (Any letters smaller than 0.30" may not be legible.) Caps - The maximum embroidery height is 2 inches. If you have a specific size in mind, please let us know in the comments section at checkout. If your design is over 4" in any one direction we will quote you a price, please email quotes.

What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turn around time is 7-10 days from the receipt of your order on embroidered goods. Rush orders are available, please contact our staff. Most orders are ready within a week but during our busy seasons, it may be longer. This is an average turn around time.

Do you charge set-up fees?
We do charge a digitizing fee. This is by far the most important part of the embroidery process. The charge will depend on the design, but starts around 50.00.
